1. Acceptance of Terms 接受条款

These Terms govern your use of the Qinisky Card mobile application ("the App"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

本条款规范您对 Qinisky Card 移动应用（"本应用"）的使用。如您不同意本条款的任何部分，请勿使用本应用。

2. License to Use the App 使用许可

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store's standard end-user license agreement.

我们授予您一项个人的、非排他性的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，供您出于个人非商业学习目的使用本应用，并须遵守本条款及 App Store 标准最终用户许可协议。

3. Intellectual Property 知识产权

The App, including its design, code, text, and vocabulary content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.

本应用（包括其设计、代码、文本及词汇内容）归我们所有，并受相关知识产权法律保护。未经我们书面许可，您不得复制、修改、分发本应用或基于其创作衍生作品。

4. Acceptable Use 合理使用

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:

您同意不滥用本应用，包括但不限于：

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• 试图对本应用进行反向工程、反编译或反汇编；
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose.
• 将本应用用于任何非法用途。

5. Disclaimer 免责声明

The App and its learning content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, the vocabulary, pinyin, and translations are for reference only and may contain errors. The App is a learning aid and is not a substitute for professional language instruction.

本应用及其学习内容按"现状"和"现有"基础提供，不附带任何形式的保证。尽管我们力求准确，词汇、拼音及翻译仅供参考，可能存在错误。本应用是学习辅助工具，不能替代专业语言教学。

6. Limitation of Liability 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因您使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害，我们不承担责任。

7. Data & Privacy 数据与隐私

All of your learning data is stored locally on your device. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the App & Terms 应用与条款的变更

We may update or discontinue the App, or revise these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

我们可能随时更新、停止本应用或修订本条款。变更后继续使用本应用即表示您接受修订后的条款。

9. Termination 终止

You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law 法律适用

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
